You often read stories of entrepreneurs who come up their million-dollar idea over a couple of drinks with friends. Not us. You even hear those feel good stories of college roommates, and best friends who started a company together. Not us either.
Surface Butler is a family owned and operated business.
To most people this means nothing, but to us it means the world to us. Our
company's reputation is our family's reputation. With that in mind we make sure
that every single client we service gets the best service that can be possibly
performed.
An interesting fact about doing business is that people don't like to do business with businesses, they like to do business with people. So we are not trying re-invent the wheel here, we just want to make sure it runs smoother.
Here at Surface Butler, we have a great satisfaction in leaving somebody's home or business better than when found it. We quickly learned that there was more demand than ever before in the home service industry, and We adapted by turning it into a full-time venture. We would say that when it comes to servicing your home or business, we are honest and fair. We consider my clients friends and appreciate their loyalty!

Rich Benitez - Co-Founder and Owner
A 4th generation Tampa Floridian, yes you heard that correctly! Rich married to his best friend Jennifer in 2000 and together they are involved in different charities including his personal favorite the Shriners Hospital for Children. You will also see them active in the Gasparilla Parades every year throwing beads.
Rich is also a second generation public servant. Having worked in the fire service for the past 30 years, he has been trained to provide the highest level of care and customer service that can be given. Knowing Rich you will see that Tampa is his home for life and has invested his time and efforts to be a good citizen for our community.
The rest is history and now Surface Butler continues to grow in a brand that provides unique services to the Tampa Bay area.

Jennifer Benitez - Co-Founder and Owner
Jennifer hailed from Chicago and moved to Tampa to attend USF back in 1995 to get away from the snow. Jennifer has 20 plus years in the customer service industry and draws upon her prior experience and understanding to develop solutions and deliver top quality service to the Tampa Bay area.
Jennifer also helps with different roles from handling scheduling to on-site problem solving, She is the backbone of Surface Butler and knows with what it takes to serve her clients the right way.
