How do you price your service?
Surface Butler charges a fair price based on several factors. We stay current with training and maintain all the proper paperwork that it takes to run a business. We are a small company with big traditional values. We take pride in our work and we utilize smart business practices to keep our overhead low so that we may pass those savings on to you. We never hide anything from the client, all fees and services are discussed before hand with a complete explanation of everything we do. We never want you thinking "Did I just get taken advantage of?" after we leave.

Our guarantee to you is that we will try every possibility to make you happy.
What is your cancellation Policy?
We are human too and we know things come up so If a cancellation is needed to please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance as we will still be able to schedule someone else for that time slot. Any cancellations made in less than 24 hours, same day cancellations will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee upon a rescheduled visit. Cancellations must be made over the phone.

What Payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash. All payments are due at time of completion of our service and a quality check with the client. Except for commercial clients on when payment is due

Do you have nights & weekends availability?
We typically schedule Monday to Friday appointments, but we do cater for the client that has special circumstances and we have done nights and weekends. Remember, we are here for you!
How long will the service take to perform?
Depending on the size of the job and its location in the home or business it can vary from 1.5 - 8 hours. The process will be discussed during the estimate, so there will be no surprises.

How do I get an estimate, can you give me a quick one over the phone?
We can give you a ball park range as to what the costs may be but In order to provide you with an exact quote we will have to do it in person. Do you charge a trip fee for coming out to my location?
We do charge a trip fee when we travel greater distances from our normal service area. Remember we never hide anything from you, we always let you know before we come out to service your location.
What if you come out and the damaged is too far gone?
Once again when we show up, we will always do an evaluation before work is started and we WILL always inform you on what kind of outcome you can expect from the restoration.
